ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
â–ª What is the Exchange policy on ROYAL ALLY by Tripathaga Textiles?
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds/returns on any product once sold. Once the Royal Ally pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size if you receive the wrong size only. If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for size exchange
if you receive the wrong size only,you may write to us at support@tripathagatextiles.in or you can initiate a return request in our website in “YOUR ORDER” page within 2 days or, 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Make a video while opening the package (Full Unboxing Video showing both Sides Of the parcel and the Seal). Otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product without unboxing video proof.
Once acknowledged by the Tripathaga Textiles team during the next working day,
we do reverse pickup.

1. Return can be initiate within two days from the date of delivery
2. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange.
3. Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.
4. Sale selection products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will accept exchanges. Please make sure to record an unboxing video of the parcel as proof.
5. If the product is same as ordered and right in size you have ordered as per our size chart, but still you want to exchange then the cost of shipping to & from (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
6. In case we delivered wrong size/colour/damaged piece from our end and you shared proper video proof with us then you will get a replacement with free pickup and shipping from our side. If you do not want to exchange, then You will get the refund in the same account from which you made the payment within 8 to 10 working days.
